Asoltu Play Hub — Privacy Policy

Last updated: 5 October 2026 · Asoltu Tech (Nikhil Rokadiya)

Asoltu Play Hub stores game progress on this device (XP, coins, missions, cosmetics, settings). There are no accounts and no sign-in.

Leaderboard

When you finish a game, your pilot name (a nickname you choose in the game), best score and the game played are sent to a public leaderboard (Google Firebase Firestore), keyed by a random anonymous id created on your device. Do not use your real name as a pilot name if you do not want it shown publicly. Pilot names are limited to letters, numbers and a few symbols and are checked by a profanity filter. Anyone can report a leaderboard entry from inside the app (flag icon); reported entries are hidden for the reporter and reviewed by us, and we remove names or scores that are offensive or cheated.

Usage statistics

The app sends anonymous usage statistics keyed by the same random device id: platform and app version, a rough region taken from your device time zone and language setting, the date and time the game was first opened, your level, XP, coins, daily streak and number of games played, plus, for each day, how many seconds the app was open, how many times it was opened and how many games were finished. Only the developer can read them; they are used to understand how the game is played and to improve it.

We do not collect your name, email, phone number, contacts, photos or location. The app does not ask for permission to track you across other companies' apps and websites.

Ads

The app shows ads from Google AdMob between runs (never during play): an occasional full-screen ad and optional rewarded videos that give bonus coins. Ads are requested as non-personalised and with the strictest "General" content rating, and the app is not directed at children. In the European Economic Area, the UK and other regions where required, you are asked for consent before ads are shown and can change it later in You → About & legal → Ad privacy options. To deliver ads, measure them and prevent fraud, AdMob may receive device and usage information such as your IP address, device model, advertising identifier (on Android, which you can reset or delete in system settings) and ad interactions. See Google's ads policy. The ad-serving SDK is also why the app needs the Internet and advertising-ID permissions.

Permissions

Children

The game is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Deleting your data

Deleting the app removes all local progress. To remove your leaderboard entry, email us with your pilot name, or report it in the app.
